samsung J7 w/android Oreo --> Device list white space and no info
Hello, I have a samsung J7 w/android Oreo For some reason the device list comes out with a looottttt of white space and no details of any device kust images. Is there a fix for that?

Hi @Marley\_Ring , I should have just added a picture - my bad :-( Pls see attached - there is 1 device (contact sensor) on each "app-page" and no data ro describe it. Rest of the devices are shown below (Same - w/o any info)

Hi @EranCarmon! When opening the main menu in the Ring app and selecting "Devices", you should certainly see a list of your devices organized by type. If you are not seeing your devices, please ensure the proper location is selected in your app. If you feel something is not appearing where it should, please try to remove and reinstall the Ring app on your mobile device. I recommend also closing others apps in the background and disabling bluetooth and VPN. I hope this help! :)
