Ring Alarm separate volume control

I like the fact that you can change the volume on the Ring Alarm for the chirp tones and the exit/entry delay. I would like the chirp tone to be a separate volume from the entry/exit delay. When the volume is at max the exit/entry delay is at the perfect volume at the max but the chirp tone is just way too loud. Hope we can resolve this!

Hi @sunside. This is not something that is configurable. The volume on the Base Station and the Keypad is a universal volume, much like a TV volume. You can however, set the Base Station and Keypad sound independently. Alternatively, you can use [routines](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031606811-Creating-a-Routine-with-Alexa-and-your-Ring-Device-) and an Amazon Alexa device to play certain tones at specific volumes, so that could be a great option for you!
