Range Extender manually removal
My range extender is broken and no working anymore. I tried to uninstall it from the base following the instructions but their require to click on the extender, which is not possible. What other way donI have to remove it?

Glad you asked @Dlo2020! If your Range Extender is not powering up, online, or responsive, the standard method of removing might not work. In this case, you will want to remove a failed device. To do this, visit the Range Extender in the Ring app and tap the setting cog in the top corner, same as before. Once in the device profile settings you will see Advanced Options, which will allow you to choose Remove Failed Device. This should remove the device without you having to press the button on the Range Extender. I hope this helps! :)
