Unable to remove chime from account

 I am unable to delete this chime from account because I accidentally set it up under a different location under my account instead of the shared account with my husband. It does nothing when I try to click and now it says it is offline.

Hi @user15845. You should be able to remove this from the General Settings menu. First, make sure that your Ring app is up to date. If you are unable to remove this with an updated Ring app, you'll need to reach out to our support team.
