Ring dual battery charger not charging batteries

I have a ring branded dual battery charger that I keep 2 batteries on for my doorbell. I find more often than not I put a battery in either side and it shows 1 light of 4 and stays that way indefinitely. If I take that same battery and connect it to a micro usb it charges fine.

Hi @user_8bdffc. You have the Ring Charging Station, correct? Make sure the slots on the Charging Station are clear of any dirt or debris, and try plugging it into a different power outlet. Then insert a battery that needs charging, and ensure it is fully inserted into the slot. If the indicator light still isn't showing that the battery is charging, please follow up with our support team via phone, or @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
