Ring chime flashing blue / green

My ring chime has just started to flash blue and green . I have to reboot it everyday and reconnect to the WiFi but still keeps happening. My two other ring chimes around the house are working fine . Any ideas ?

Hi @user_c2b155. As you can see in this Help Center article here, green/blue alternating lights indicate that the device is updating. Try moving the Chime closer to your router for the update, then moving it back. A better connection may help the update go through.
