green light won't flash - Stays solid green Gen 2
I started setting up my chime, it even downloaded the newest firmware. Then it went offline and now I can't get the chime to connect to the Wifi. I have tried resetting it up but I can't get the green light to flash. I tried moving it closer to the router and still nothing. I have tried resetting the button on the side and it stays solid green.

I have the exact same problem. Accepted solution says if all else fails call support. I'm at the point where I have to call support. I would have thought by now a solution for this problem has been found. Why hasn't this solution been communicated to the ring community?

CHi @user_a26651. The recommended troubleshooting steps for this concern have already been shared in the marked solution. If those steps don't resolve the issue, you would then need to contact support to see what options are available. Since the Community is a public forum, we do not have access to account or device information in order to troubleshoot further.

Hi @user_4ae73e. The main troubleshooting steps available for the Ring Chime are to plug it into a different power outlet, and to hold down the button on the side for 15 seconds to reset it. Once those steps are done, try to set the Chime back up in the Ring app by using the steps under Set Up a Device. If it's still unresponsive, please follow up with our support team for further assistance.
