I have tried to reconnect my chime 100x and everytime we get to the last step and it’s says “there is a fault , try again”. My Chine worked for 1 years without any problems. No wifi has changed, nothing has changed. It’s just stopped working. I have been on the phone to contact support every single time I’ve been disconnected half way through the call and it’s becoming infuriating.

    Hi @user_d862e5. Is your wifi router dual-band, with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz connections? The Ring Chime is only compatible with 2.4GHz connections, so you may need to split the bands, or create a guest network with only 2.4GHz to connect the Chime to. It's also important to ensure your Chime is within range of your wifi router. If it's too far from the router, it will not be able to establish a connection.
