You'll need to add the person as a [Shared User](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005235186-Controlling-Ring-Devices-With-Users-and-Roles) and then they can configure the [App Alert Tones on their phone](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005889863-How-to-Use-Ring-App-Alert-Tones).
