Chime Pro IS online but is showing offline.
troubleshooting
I just want to adjust the settings. I can’t because it’s showing offline. It’s working perfectly, signal is strong, I did ALL the suggested instructions. I’ve updated the app, hard reset, light reconnect, changed outlets, rebooted modem, all of it. Someone please help.
