Chime not connecting

Hello Ring community. I'm having issue with my ring chime. I'm following the setup process. It tells me to connect to the ring via Wi-Fi. It connects without Wi-Fi, which is supposedly normal. After that is says return to the ring app but nothing happens. The device never finish the setup process.
