Chime Network Offline but one device remains online??

Some awesome person loves to take the liberty to take my devices offline. Not sure but fopm what I can see is the use of some device they point in my directions...the goal i cannt make this up...they busy huh...well i just put them back online but this time one cam remained online for hours...bur the network was down...the only logical explantion I can seem to filter from this chore is my camera is on another network...sanity check...thoughts? the more than comical explaination Ring offers was this is common....IDK...
