What does the blue dot mean next to camera display

One of my cameras video display has a blue dot next to its name on the dashboard - it is not on a ring plan  I have another camera on a ring plan and I think the blue dot means there is an unseen activation, which disappears when I look at the activation video  If that’s the case how do I get rid of the blue dot on the first non ring plan covered camera because I can’t look at why it activated ?
