I don't know where else to ask this or post this. I understand that you have had a lot of security problems and you are reacting as strongly as you can. However it is to a huge annoyance of your customers as well. I tried your 2 factor authintication and hated it. I disabled it because it was inconvenient. However now every time I log in I get sent a code to my email. This again is extreemly annoying. Other servers (Steam for example) do 2 factor auth correctly. It only asks for it when it detects that your are logging in from a device you have never loggin in with before. Please stop sending me emails and remember my device.
