“Switch to wired” constant notification

I have a stick up cam 3rd gen connected to solar panel. Been working perfectly fine for year and a half. Now all of a sudden I keep getting this push notification every 30ish minutes to switch to wired mode instead of battery (but all support I’ve read says to be on battery for a solar panel). I just want to get rid of this notification!!!!! I’ve gone and turned off all push notifications in my account. I have motion alerts turned on (obviously) but this isn’t a motion alert. I even turned off the device status alerts thinking this would help and nothing. Someone please help!
