Static in my floodlight pro

Just replaced a Ring floodlight with a new Ring floodlight Pro and the static coming through is HORRIBLE! This should not be for as much as these cost!

Hi @user_443f32. I recommend the following steps for your concern: - Reboot your Camera using the Ring app. - Reboot your router. - Verify your Camera has good signal strength. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
