Sharing Ring access for second location
My wife and I purchased a second home. I installed ring cameras and now I cannot share access with my wife. I've sent invite requests to her email address but she still cannot gain access to the cameras. Any help would be appreciated.

Same issue. The 2nd shared location is not available in my spouse's shared locations.

CHi @user_c20c8d. If you have added a new device at a new location, you will need to share this new device under the Shared Users menu. If the new invite does not appear to be working, try removing your spouse as a Shared User completely, then sending a fresh invitation.

Hi @Lao72jr. Your wife will need to accept the invitation from her email first. Then in the Ring app, she will need to tap the Location name in the top center of the Ring app to bring up a drop-down of all the Locations available. From there, she can toggle to the new Location with (Shared) in the name, which will have the Ring Camera or Doorbells you have shared from the new home. I hope this helps! :)
