Hi @user57575. When you open the Ring app, if you tap on History, are you not able to play the recordings? If you are not able to do so, make sure your Ring app is up-to-date with the latest update. Try also force-closing the Ring app on your phone and then opening up the app again. Make sure you also do not have a VPN active on your phone, as it can sometimes cause issues with the Ring app. If you have tried these steps and still cannot access the recordings as a Shared User, give our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406) a call for further assistance.
