RING.COM £1 REPLACEMENT what is this?
Anyone know what this could be for? I am in the process of returning some items, perhaps linked but surely I should have been told.

But I am not having a replacement. It’s a return for a refund. Any other ideas?

C@DiggerDogs Since I'm not part of the support team, I wouldn't be able to say exactly what the charge is for. I'd definitely recommend reaching out to our support team so they can pull up your account and take a quick look to answer any questions you have. :)

Hi @DiggerDogs. Typically with the replacement process, there is an authorization charge that will be reversed as soon as the original device is received back. If you have any additional questions about your replacement, you can follow up with our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They can pull up your account and check on the status of the replacement and answer any other questions you may have. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support. :)
