Ring Protect Plus Subscription System is constantly "experiencing a delay".

On 3 different days within the last week I have tried to add the Professsional Monitoring for my Ring Alarm System to a Ring Protect Plus Plan I already have. Every time I try to do that (no matter what time of the day it is), I always get this error message: Our system is experiencing a delay. Our system can't process your information right now. Please try again. But, no matter how many times I try again & again & again & again, the same message keeps popping up.

    Hey @DonC . You can check your Monitoring status by tapping Menu \> Settings \> Monitoring. The Monitoring option should show your mode which will either be self-monitoring, professional monitoring, or practice mode. If you are still unsure about your plan or monitoring request taking effect, check your email as you should receive correspondence in reference to monitoring and permits. Hope this helps :)

      I was finally able to complete the registration by switching to using Chrome instead of Internet Explorer
