Ring pro keeps going offline

I've had my ring pro for about 4 months now. The first week it worked great, no problems. Since then it has maybe worked a total of 3 days. It keeps going offline. My wifi signal is great. We upgraded our doorbell transformer thinking that was the problem and it connected right away and then went back offline. I've taken it all apart and reinstalled it multiple times checking the connections and there's nothing wrong. I'm so disappointed I spent the money for something that has been useless.
