Ring Event History doesn’t work

My live video works fine but when I hit on event it doesn’t work. The whole point of getting this was to see what’s going on around my home

Hi @marinaanastasia. Are you trying to view this event when connected to wifi or when you are on cellular data? Try both of these connection types to see if one works better than the other. Also, if your device has a low RSSI, you might need to improve your signal. You can try rebooting your router to see if that will improve this concern. I hope this helps!
