Hi @Htawrot46. Some changes were made to our Ring Protect Basic plan earlier this year. You can find more information on these changes [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/5885440680724-Price-Update-for-Ring-Protect-Basic-on-July-1-2022). If you have added an additional Ring Camera or Doorbell to your account, that could explain the amount you were billed as the Ring Protect Basic Plan is charged per Ring device. If that is not the case, I would advise to please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
