Posts in Neighbors over 90 days old
Is there any way to retrieve posts over 90 days old in the Neighbors app? We believe a slander post was created around mid to late April regarding a home that involved children and the actual address. The neighbor has been harassing my friend to the point she has called the city multiple times, takes pictures of her children in the back yard (privacy fenced in yard), now we hear she apparently posted pictures and what not on the Neighbors app as well. Is there any way to see posts over 90 days old to verify the information in order to file harassment charges against this person?

Hi @user53124. It is possible to go back and view posts that are older than 90 days in Neighbors. First, you'll have to change your Feed Timeframe to All time. To do so, follow these steps: - Open the Ring app - Choose the menu button (three lines in the upper left corner). - Select Settings - Tap on Neighbors Settings and select Neighborhood Settings. - Select Content Settings - Tap on Feed Timeframe and change it to All Time. Now you can go to your Neighbors feed and look for the post you need. Unfortunately, you'll have to scroll through your feed until you find it. Also keep in mind that if the person who posted the post deletes it, it will no longer be there. Also, if the post was flagged for being inappropriate, it will no longer be there. I hope this helps.
