Play back is grey and pixely

Playback or viewing my cam and the screen goes grey couple of missing pixels and you can see its showing under the grey

    Hi @user81933. I would recommend trying these troubleshooting steps for your concern: Reboot your Ring device using the Ring app. Reboot your router by unplugging it from power for a few seconds and plugging it back in. Verify your Ring device has good signal strength. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.

        Was this resolved? I’m having the same problem. And I’m pretty sure it is not a router signal/band width problem. It is not a problem on live view. Only when viewing recordings.
