Our Ring almost caused a fire.

I’m trying to find an email for customer service. We’ve had our Ring for approximately 2-3 months. I left my house for about 15 minutes this morning. When I got home I could smell something burning. When I got to the front door our Ring doorbell was laying on the ground completely melted and smoking. It burned the wall of my house and the rug it fell on. The actually doorbell wires coming out of the wall are fine, so it wasn’t an electrical issue with my house. Where can I send photos and how can this be rectified? I appreciate any help.
