Hi, is it possible by legal process to obtain footage which is no longer available to the user ie after the 180 days? I’m the victim of crime and need this old footage.

Hi @user_5d1c69. Once a video has been deleted, either manually or due to the video storage time running out, it cannot be recovered. There are no backups stored. We recommend downloading any videos you wish to keep to your phone or computer.
