No help from theft department or customer service
Anyone know how to get help from anyone at ring? I submitted a theft case a month ago, and have followed up 4 times with customer service as well as who knows how many emails sent. No one has any clue what's going on. They keep emailing asking me for information I provided in the form, and ignoring my replies with the information again.

DThat is correct sir. They hate us. And will snitch with a quickness. But. The people who pay them? Oooo no. No hope u didn’t think they were YOUR security team. They work for the government and their privateer owners. Whom by the way, profit off our misery no matter who you look at it. Good service or shitty. They profit off catastrophic events. Hope you read this and feel something u soulless hacks. Yes I was just denied again on a post. What of it
