How do I get a cancelled camera to reconnect ?? Literally got just stays blue , won’t blink

Hi @user_4d54e6. Make sure your RIng Doorbell or Camera is receiving sufficient power, then hold down the setup button for 20 seconds to reset it. After the reset is complete, walk through the steps under Set Up a Device. You may be asked to push and release the setup button once to put the device into setup mode. If you encounter any error messages during the setup process, we have some troubleshooting steps here that may help.
