Hi @user80699. With an active Ring Protect plan, your Ring Camera will record when motion is detected, or when you activate the Live View. If an event wasn’t detected, there won’t be a video in your Event History to review. In that case, you’ll want to adjust your Motion Zones and Motion Sensitivity as needed.As a Ring Protect subscriber, you can also utilize the Snapshot Capture feature to have snapshot images taken at a regular interval, allowing you to see what’s going on between motion events.
