My doorbell is not showing up on my account

I can go to the app and use my doorbell. But if I go to my ring account on browser it says no device is connected. What do I need to do for my doorbell to show up on my ring.com account?

Hi @Lovemy2puppies. I would ensure that you are logging into Ring.com using the same email you are using for the Ring app. You can find this email under the Account Menu in the Ring app. Once you are logged in with the same email, check to see that you are on the correct [Location](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005039983).
