Merge two accounts
troubleshooting
Hi I don’t know how I’ve done it but I have 3 camera two on one plan and the third (newest) on the other. Is there a way of merging them together and just paying one payment or do I have to delete and reinstall? Thanks

Hi @user_e2b521. No, you cannot merge accounts or Ring Home plans. Are all three devices set up under the same Ring account, but different locations? Or are they set up under different accounts? If they are on the same account, you can move a device to a different location under Device Settings > General Settings > Location. If you have devices on a different account, you will need to remove the device completely and set it up under the correct Ring account. In both cases, you will also need to cancel the extra Ring Home plan. For reference, the Ring Home Basic plan applies to only one device, while the Home Standard and Premium plans apply to all devices at one location.
