Live view disconnects

I have been trying to keep a live view up on my computer (through Chrome), but it keeps disconnecting. Sometimes it’s every ten seconds, sometimes it’s every minute, sometimes it will stay on for half an hour. I’m connected to a plugged in, interior camera. Any ideas?

    Hi @user81617. Live View should stay open for 10 minutes before automatically closing. If it is not doing so on your web browser, try the following steps: Reboot your Camera using the Ring app. Verify your Camera has a good signal strength. Try using a different web browser to see if it makes a difference. Disable any active VPNs. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
