invitation not showing up

My family member has tried multiple times to add me as a shared user on our door bell. I receive an email saying I have received an invite, I then go on to my account and click ‘shared users’ but the invitation never shows up. this has happened multiple times. Why is this happening?

    Hi @user_2863bb. Have your family member double check that they are sending the Shared User invite to the correct email address. It has to be the same email address that you used to set up your Ring account. I'd also suggest having them delete the invite entirely and resend it.
