I live in the uk and I need to transfer my plan from my stick up camera to a ring door bell. How do I do this?

I had to buy an other device as the stick up camera I got won’t keep charge. So I bought a ring door bell but now I need to transfer my plan from the stick to the door bell.

Hi @user71081. You can cancel the Ring Protect Basic plan from your Stick Up Cam, and then subscribe to a new Ring Protect Basic plan for your Ring Doorbell. We have steps here on how to cancel a plan. You’ll receive a prorated refund for any unused time on your plan.
