Don’t know why but all of a sudden all our ring devices went off line, we didn’t make any changes to internet or anything . Now our ring devices cannot connect to internet when we tried to reboot to activate - it will activate but then fail with join to the network. I have rebooted internet. Rebooted ring devices. No other items connected to the internet had any issues except all 4 ring devices I have even deleted app and re activate Deleted devices and reactivated I called your service team but they only told me to redo all the resets which I gave already done So don’t know what else to do to reactivate it Getting extremely frustrated with none of my ring devices working

    Hi @user_e57f89. I'd recommend checking if any settings changed on your wifi network, such as the firewall settings or the router channel. There are also specific ports and protocols used by Ring devices that need to be open, which you can learn about here https://ring.com/support/articles/xws8s/Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices.
