Hi @user_c7a475. If you have a new phone, first download the Ring app from the app store. After the Ring app is finished downloading, open it and follow the instructions to log in. Make sure to enter the correct email address and password associated with your Ring account. You may be prompted to enter a two-step verification code, typically sent to your phone through text message, since you are logging in on a new device.
