Camera keeps saying offline. Network says it’s online.

Camera says it’s offline but network says it’s still there. As soon as I get it back online it says installing update. I have removed power to it and reconnected many times. I have removed from the network and reconnected added. Still says offline after a few hours. Nothing has changed and the doorbell has been wired for 2 years. Signal is great. Any ideas?

Hi @user_6f6e30. Which model of Ring Doorbell or Security Camera do you have? What is the last reported signal strength? You can find both the device name and the signal strength on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Is your Ring app updated to the latest version available from the app store?
