Bulk download of videos still not working

Hi, unfortunately this conversation has been closed https://community.ring.com/t/new-improved-video-download-experience-is-a-disaster/144430, I am having the exact same problem. Worse, when I restart the download several times until the file is finally "complete", many videos are missing. Downloaded 50 - received 19. What is the status here? Every other download works fine on my desktop PC.
