Bright light

Every time I check my camera if I want to see outdoor it always shows a bright light on the right side and there's no light outside it's just shiny real bright that blocks my view

This can be seen if your camera is indoors looking outside through a window at night.  The camera uses Infrared (or "IR") LEDs to light up the area its pointed at.  Humans can't see that light - but the camera can. The light you're seeing is likely the REFLECTION of those IR lights on the window glass.  It is overpowering the image. You can minimize the reflection by angling the camera so it isn't aimed "straight on" looking through the glass, but you can't make the reflection disappear - unless you put the camera in FRONT of the glass (outside).

Hi @user_77cc1e. As the previous user said, having your Ring Camera pointing directly at a window will negatively impact the view and the motion detection. For that reason, we don't recommend facing your camera directly at a window.    If you don't have your camera facing a window, where is it installed? Is there another light source in the camera's view? Feel free to share a screenshot of what you see.
