I need to speak to someone in the billing department about a product return. I have the RMA number but no tracking info. I cannot get past either the phone call center or chat service. They will not help me unless I can provide a tracking number, which I have repeatedly told them I don't have. I have spent about 3 hours between the two call centers.How do I get through to the maze and get to speak to someone, preferably in the USA in the billing department.If I don't get to speak to someone with whom I can have a logical conversation I will just dispute the credit card charge, really frustrating
