  Hey neighbor! Thanks for flagging this with us. I went ahead and clicked on the link you provided, and also went through the steps and got the same 404 message. I will reach out to the proper teams to look into this further, and in the meantime, I recommend contacting support further with some help on this account deletion. I also highly recommend letting our team know that this doesn't work online when you call as well. Thanks, neighbor!
