2Factor Authentication--I DON'T WANT IT

Using a respectable password is enough. 2-factor authentication is slowing down my security response as I dither with bringing up an app to receive the code, then enter the code. Two minutes after an event--which is a security eternity--I'm able to get to my screen. I don't want this. It is counterproductive. How do I get rid of this requirement for which I never once asked?

I don't want it either. Luckily, I discovered this requirement before buying ... which I will not be doing as long as 2FA is mandatory. If I'm not worried about someone else seeing what my camera sees, why should Ring worry about it.
