1st generation devices no longer work

I have two 1st generation stick up cameras and one 1st generation video doorbell, and none of them will provide a Live view. Technical support “thought” they should work with a pushed firmware update, yet after an hour of trying they resigned to suggesting each of my devices “is defective “. I find it quite odd that Ring suggests 1st generation devices continue to be compatible, yet they are unable to support / remedy. Seems that 1st generation devices are simply no longer compatible or serviced by Ring.
