10% will not apply on Amazon
As the title suggests, I can no longer get my 10% discount automatically applied on Amazon.A few notes: - I am a (1st Gen) Protect subscriber. - Customer service confirmed I am eligible for the Amazon 10% discount. - Confirmed my account was/is linked through the Ring App. - The discount worked fine in past orders from XXXX and older. - The item I was trying to order was eligible for the discount - The item was not on sale. Amazon customer service was not able to figure out why the discount was not applied on their end. Ring customer service could also not figure out why the discount was not applied. Amazon ended up just giving me a temporary coupon discount to cover the difference.The suggestion Ring was able to give me was to order through Ring.com, but I did not wish to order through Ring.com because I have an Amazon credit card. Is anyone else having this issue? The only difference I could potentially see on my end is that my plan was changed and I was grandfathered over to the (1st Gen Protection Plan) and maybe it's not working because of that.
