WHEN will notifications be added to TELL people when their cameras go OFFLINE?!

How can Ring FAIL to notify a user when their cameras go offline??!! WHY isn't this FIXED already?! WHAT is taking so LONG?! It is ridiculous and frustrating to the point of dumping Ring for something with more sensibility. I'm already close to doing that just because the whole system is SO SLOW!!!
