Time and date stamp on video downloads

Hi have 4 Ring Indoor/Outdoor stick up cams. Never thought I would need security cameras, but a very unstable neighbour has led me to needing them. He keeps doing things to our property that I need to download as evidence for any future legal or police action. I have a big issue - when I download a video from ring to my iPhone where I am keeping a folder with his bad behaviour, the time/date appears to be the time/date I download it, not the time and date the video was recorded. This makes no sense and does not help me from an evidence perspective.  It would be best to have a time/date stamp on the video itself - even if just at the beginning of the video, over the picture, or for the time/date of recording to be kept in the file's metadata.
