Stop safety reports

I have safety report notifications turned off and yet I still receive these annoying notifications on my iPhone X running the latest version of IOS and it's for the wrong zip code (USPS changed my zip code from 75070 to 75072 over two years ago). Nobody cares about these reports except maybe Mrs. Kravitz. That seems pretty obvious from all the complaints from your customers. This has been an on again/off again problem for years. Why can't you get your act together and respond to your customer demands. Until you fix this issue, I can't give you better than a 3 star rating.
