Solar Pathway Light Brightness

For crying out loud...PLEASE enable a way to adjust the non-event brightness of the Solar Pathway Light when on a schedule! I understand the battery charge is an issue, but the dormant brightness setting is useless. At least let us adjust it up to 15 lumens when in stand-by.
