Smart Responses needs a dashboard shortcut

Smart Responses needs a dashboard shortcut. I might want to change my smart response based on where I'm at or what I'm doing, so it doesn't seem logical to always have the exact same smart response and if that's the case, it seems more logical to have that be a shortcut for immediate access in the dashboard versus having to go dig through the settings to get to it.
